Meanwhile, in Caucasia, hundreds of people are dying in the Nagorno-Karabakh region as Amenia and Azerbaijan struggle for control of the territory.  According to NBC News, "Azerbaijan has served as a beachhead...  for American influence in the region."  In spite of this fact, the Trump administration has paid little attention to this conflict as the election loomed.  One wonders how many Americans could even find these countries on a blank map.
