Meanwhile, Italy reported 353 Covid-19 related deaths on November 3rd, the highest figure since May.  This has prompted new restrictions to be announced.  Despite American ethnocentrism, the Covid-19 pandemic in Italy made big news the the United States in February and March.  However, with cases also spiking in the United States, will Americans pay attention to Europe this time?
