Reffered to those in the know as Confects, Confectionately Yours has been part of the South Brunswick and Franklin communities for almost 40 years.  A family owned establishment, Confects is a homemade ice cream store, a confectionary (they sell homemade chocolates and candies), and a comfort food style restaurant that has a certain nostalgic feel to it.  Being a neighborhood gem for so long, going to Confects is like visiting a family member.  Stacy and Jessica sat down with me on Thursday December 3, after the dinner rush.  They discussed their restaurant's transition during the pandemic.
