Chef J has worked numerous roles in the restaurant world.  Currently he is a corporate caterer at an office building outside of Philadelphia.  Chef J discusses the trickle down effect of work from home on the catering business.  He referred to the Meyer/Collichio op-ed in the NY Times at the start of the pandemic.
