Doug Schneider is the owner of Tavern on George and The Olive Branch Bar and Restaurant in New Jersey.  I sat down with Doug on Friday December 4th before the dinner rush at Tavern on George.  Doug has been in the restaurant business for over 20 years.  Since the pandemic has started Doug has had to rewrite his business plan to deal with the realities of 2020.
